He aides Construction Ecoservices in Stormwater Quality product solutions for Houston and Central Texas markets ranging from 1-acre parking lots to high rise condominiums and industrial warehouses. Eli works directly with civil engineers, developers, general contractors, and utility contractors to help design and recommend solution based, individual client needs and regulatory factors. Mainly focusing on traditional Stormwater quality features such as hydrodynamic separators and permanent inlet protection, he also manages automated stormwater controls and Stormwater Quality Management Plans for Harris County, the City of Houston, and surrounding counties. Eli spent 10 years working for a water conservation and sustainability company out of Houston focusing on educating the public and public school systems on water resources, stormwater pollution prevention and global water issues. He graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in mechanical engineering, joined Construction Ecoservices and continues to directly service clients to help reduce flood risk, improve water quality, and protect the environment from water pollution.
